Thank you for supporting the valuable work of the Democrats and Veterans through your purchases. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Democrats and Veterans is able only to arrange delivery of merchandise to addresses within Great Britain and Northern Ireland, except by special arrangement.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on Royal Mail’s shipping charges which you can view here.

We offer the Signed For and standard First Class and Second Class services, with most deliveries being of small or medium sized parcels.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If you choose to request your order to be sent by Royal Mail’s Signed For service, should you wish to receive a tracking number please email tracking@dvparty.uk, stating your order number. You will then receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Damages and Losses

Democrats and Veterans is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your order did not arrive, having first contacted us to ensure that we sent it, please make a claim with Royal Mail by using this link: https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/webforms/claim. (Note that where the question is asked ‘Was the item sent using Stamps, franking or postage purchased at royalmail.com?’, you should select the response ‘Yes’).

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim for damages.

International Shipping Policy

We do not ship outside Great Britain and Northern Ireland, except by special arrangement. To request an international order please contact us through our Contact page.
